Barry is a communications and performance specialist and a member of  the Sydney Academy of Sport Coaches Education team for level  2 Coaching Principles and Practice accreditation. Over the  past 13 years he has presented workshops for Sporting Associations in which he advises on the learning and performance implications of that kind of stress which induces attitudes and behaviors of negative self consciousness. He emphasizes the importance of honoring the individuality of the learner/athlete and teaches the best ways to communicate with the athlete for best performance.
